Father's Day Card and Fat Page

This is my card for my dad for father's day! It's supposed to be a tv set with the Hearts v Hibs game going on! As you can see the result went our way :-)This is the front and then the back of my Fat Page for this month's swap which i am hosting. The winning theme was hearts/love/romance- can you tell?! I was so excited that won the poll and love doing this!

Fat Page Swap

This is the Fat Page I've made for the April swap on the CB forum. I've been chomping at the bit to make this over the past few days, but I had to wait for the corset stamped images to arrive from ebay. Its much bigger than I expected, so the 'dress' part is chopped off, but I think it works well anyway! I am hosting the swap next month- my first hosting role so hopefully it will go smoothly! :-)

I also received the proofs of my magazine story/feature that is going in Cardmaking and Paprecraft magazine next month. I am so happy with how its turned out and look fwd to seeing it in proper print on 12th May.

Fat page swap

I made this earlier in the week, but haven't posted it yet as i was waiting for the poll to finish and confirm the theme was definietly flowers!! Had it not been, i would have used this another time or done something else with it, but i needn't have worried- it was a landslide!

The page is 4 x 4, and covered in a load of embellishments- flowers mostly, with a tilda and flowers image, various little gems and flower lace, plus my username on the back.

Hope whoever receives it in the swap likes it! It is the first swap I've taken part in, so I'm looking fwd to seeing what I end up with!
