Yaay for summer- I actually have time to do some crafting!!
This has been quite a busy and productive week- I can't believe it's only Thursday! It was Martin's birthday on Tuesday, so we went down to Largs and took to ferry across to the Isle of Cumbrae, to do a bit of cycling at Millport. We hired 3 tandems, which was so much fun!! Dinner was a lovely meal in Cail Bruich, a fab Scottish restuarant, with great pre-theatre and lunch set menus. I've also done some holiday shopping, put up a new rail for clothes in one of the wardrobes and yet, still had time to make no fewer than 13 cards in the past two days :-)
Here they are:
4 very simple cards
followed by some more complicated and blingy ones...
The next cards are made from various kanban sheets:
These next cards are made from the new LMC magazine. This is my second last subscription copy of this magazine, as I cancelled it recently for two reasons- I was getting fed up of all the character issues + my cardmaking has kind of moved on from the style you can achieve using the stuff in this magazine. I always feel like I end up making cards just to use the bits up and I've never fully happy with them:
This last one is a fairly simple new home card for Martin's best mate...
If you've made it this far, well done and thanks :-)
